About Us

The Intrinsicana Story

Intrinsicana began with a powerful vision, sparked by a transcontinental connection between Vinay Singh and Sriram Sadras. Both leaders shared a deep-rooted belief that learning and leadership development are essential drivers of organizational performance. Yet they noticed a surprising need for more priority in this area across industries. Despite being separated by thousands of miles, Vinay and Sriram found common ground through their parallel journeys—each writing books and building strategies to elevate learning as core elements of corporate success and hyper-technology adoption.

Our Mission

At Intrinsicana, our collective expertise and vision empower us to deliver next-generation solutions that redefine adult learning and leadership performance. Our mission is to enhance client success in HR, data, marketing, and advanced technology through innovative employee experiences. We believe in transforming not only how people learn but also how they lead, aiming to unlock the full potential of every organization we work with. Intrinsicana is more than a consultancy; it’s a movement to place human capital and continuous learning at the heart of high performance.

What is 'Intrinsicana'?

The word “intrinsic” comes from the Latin verb intrinsecus, meaning “inwardly” or “on the side,” referring to something essential to the nature of a thing—something that comes from within itself.

Applied to humans and employees, intrinsic motivation is driven by personal desires; people engage in activities because they enjoy them and find them inherently rewarding. In contrast, extrinsic motivation is fueled by external factors, such as earning rewards or avoiding punishment.

While research and data consistently highlight the power of intrinsic motivation, workplace systems often prioritize extrinsic motivators. As a result, employee motivation is frequently overlooked, leading to significant losses for businesses across a wide system of processes and functions that too many organizational leaders do not recognize. Today, the lack of genuine employee engagement is costing organizations billions and nations trillions annually. The figures are staggering and continue to grow.

The suffix “ana” also has a specific meaning and usage; it is commonly used in English to indicate a collection of items, information, or material and often carries the connotation of curated facts.

At Intrinsicana, we help executive leaders and their companies gain a competitive edge by unlocking the full potential of intrinsic motivation and transforming corporate cultures. Ready to supercharge your organization? Find out how.
